By accessing or using PneumaGraph ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PneumaGraph is a platform that enables churches and individuals to create community-crafted handwritten Bibles. Users can submit photographs of handwritten Bible verses, which are verified using optical character recognition (OCR) technology.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

When you submit content (including handwritten verse images) to the Service, you grant PneumaGraph a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to submit the content
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content is appropriate and does not contain offensive material

5. Church Organizations

Church administrators are responsible for managing their organization's account, including member invitations and project oversight. Churches retain ownership of their collective works and may request data export at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that is not your own handwritten work
  • Attempt to circumvent the verification system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

The Service uses the World English Bible (WEB) translation, which is in the public domain. The PneumaGraph platform, including its design, features, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of PneumaGraph.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PneumaGraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
